1. What is Ivory Clasp?

We are a handbag subscription company that delivers on-trend brand name handbags directly to your doorstep for only $49/month or quarterly.

2. Can I keep the handbags?

Absolutely! Every bag we send out is yours to keep and there are no additional/hidden costs in order to keep them!

3. Are these bags authentic? Knockoffs?

Not at all! We have partnered with several  chic fashion brands as well as new up and coming designer brands to offer you some of their latest handbag styles. We are handbag lovers just like you so we stand with the fashion industry in the fight against knockoffs. If you want to know more about how we do this- you can check out our about page!

4. What brand handbags can I expect to get? 

Unfortunately we can't advertise the names of all the brands we partner with. This is to protect their brand and retail pricing. However you can check out our Facebook and Instagram as we have posted some of the styles we offer from brands that are ok with us advertising. 

5. Are these last season discount store bags?

Nope! All of our bags are the latest in season bags offered by the brands we've partnered with. 

6. Okay so how does this subscription work?

It's very easy! Just click the button below and take our fun and easy style quiz. Once submitted, you have a choice to choose a Monthly subscription for $49/month and you get a bag each month, or Quarterly for $49/every three months and get a bag every three months. 

7 a) Is the shipping free?

Yes! All Ivory Clasp members receive free Ground shipping for all packages shipped in the 48 U.S. States. Shipping fees apply to all other orders. Contact Customer Support for details. We do offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses!

7 b) Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No. All of our couriers require a recipient signature to prove delivery of the item. This cannot be guaranteed at a PO Box address.

8. What if I am not in the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we are unable to service international subscriptions at this time.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept all Major credit cards. We do not accept gift cards, paypal, apple pay, checks, money orders, or cash.

10. How can I gift the subscription to someone?

On the checkout page you have the option to give as a gift. Be sure to check the box "This is a gift".

11. When can I expect to be billed?

All first time orders are billed at the time first order is placed. For your second order, you will be billed starting the next month on the date you subscribed. Monthly members will be billed every month on that date, while Quarterly members will be billed every three months on that date until you cancel or pause your subscription.  

12. Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason from your account. You can also switch to Quarterly if Monthly is too frequent for you or you can pause your subscription.  There are no cancellation fee's. Feel free contact Customer Support for more details.

13. Okay, I signed up. When do I get my bag?

Yay! Welcome to the Ivory Clasp family!  After signing up, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and fulfillment of your order. For free ground shipping, it will take 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. Please allow an extra day for orders placed on weekends and on holidays. 

14. What if my bag is damaged? Can I return it?

Any styles that are damaged due to manufacturer defects, please contact Customer Support. We can then issue you a complimentary return label and resend you a new bag once we receive the damaged item. Please be sure to include photos/proof of the damages.

15. What if I don't like the bag I get? 

With Ivory Clasps new "self-style" feature you're given the option to choose which bag you wish to receive! If you still don't like it please contact Customer Support. Please note, all returned merchandise must be received in original sent condition with all tags attached within 30 days from date of shipment. We do not accept C.O.D, if a package is received C.O.D. your account will be charged for applicable fees. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees to return the package. 

Please note that we will not issue refunds due to matters of taste or damages. In "exceptional" situations (damages, lost in mail, etc.), we will offer the opportunity to receive a new shipment with a different handbag. In order to avoid being charged, cancellation must occur prior to renewal.

16. Can I send the stylists more information so they can pick me a bag I will really love?

Of course! Our stylists love getting feedback from you! If you feel there are more details and info they should know that wasn't addressed in the style quiz, send Customer Support an email with all the details! You can even send pics of styles you like. Every little bit helps! We really want you to love the bag you get. 

17. I don't like the styles I see in self-style. Can I get a refund.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds after renewal. Cancellation must occur prior to renewal in order to avoid being charged.
